    Exceptional

Location was excelent in a walk distance of everything. Ernesto and Dario were really nice and solicitous. The bathroom was brand new and modern. The breakfast is offered in your room.

The address is very hard to find. The street is very small and it's not shown on most of maps in Venice. My wife and me spent 30 minutes asking informations to everybody and nobody knew about the street. The way I found it was talking to the reception of a Best Western Hotel who kindly looked for the B&B in the google maps. I recommend the B&B show his address this way int Booked.net website: Reference point: Crossing Calle Scuola Dei Fabbri and parallel to Calle Grigolini.

Staff was friendly, although they didn't speak English. Breakfast in the room seems nice, but was a necessity as they do not have a breakfast room. Airco worked well (although the staff turned it off once we left the building, so the room was tropical when we got back). The location is perfect for those who want to be close to La Rialto and San Marco. Great ice cream shop Venchi around the corner.

If you are claustrofobic, don't go here; never had such small room in my life; sitting on the toilet was impossible without being with your head above the sink, and trying to dry yourself lead to brushed elbows and hands. The staff didn't speak English (the one guy was wishing us goodmorning at 7.30pm but didn't understand our explanation that it had to be goodevening). The 'free wifi' didn't work three out of four days and they made us believe there was a virus (each time, sure) that had affected all hotels. Re breakfast: you couldn't chose and the prepacked cakes and toast was not really our style. We had no natural sunlight in our room due to the proximity of the next building.

    Good

We liked the central location. Excellent cappuccino with breakfast. Small bathroom but great power shower. Large comfortable bed.

We were taken to the annexe to the hotel/B&B, and not the one featured on line. The rooms were well decorated but small. Ours was right above a bar which was pretty noisy but fortunately quietened down around 11pm. We were next to a theatre and I guess the changing rooms were right above us and what sounded like elephant herds stomped around through the day, to be fair though it was quiet at night. It was a city break so some noise was expected. The reception was barely manned and tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be an improvement. Cold bread rolls and croissants for breakfast would be better warmed up. A chest of drawers for storage would have been welcome as storage room is lacking.

    Exceptional

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the room was extremely clean and the location was great. Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning which was also super convenient.

Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is some kind of a clear and highly visible hotel sign posted on the main street, since the entrance is located in a small alley way off the main street. Given as the Venetian street plan is very maze like, it is often easy to get lost.

    Very good

Take some time to find the hotel location as it's in the alley of the road but it's still has a not bad location, near Plazza San Marco. The hotel staff is enthusiasm and friendly. The room is not big but comfortable.

    1) Comfortable bed - as long as you don't mind the crack where the two mattresses join. 2) good location between Rialto and San Marco

We really needed two keys. It was a few days before the 2nd set was forthcoming.

Awesome luxury place to spend night in Venice. Extremely nice room decoration, bathroom.... Nice location just between Rialto and San Marco, not far from a very good Michelin restaurant. Breakfast is served at your order directly to the room in the morning.

Paid 210e for one night, quite expensive stay.

The location was excellent but the staff wow great very accommodating...they normally serve the breakfast from 8:30am but since we had a train to catch earlier they offer without hesitation to bring our food earlier which was delicious and. Straight on our room...love it

The lovely Brothers running La Loggia were sweet and helpful. The rooms are small but delightful and feel more luxurious than the price suggests.

That we couldn't stay a second night!
